For Mother's Day this year we did it on Saturday since Ben and I were flying out on Sunday. Ben got me Bambino's (amazing Italian) for dinner since we normally do breakfast in bed. The kids made me cards and Tim made me a flower pot that he made at scouts with candy flowers in it. Zach made me a ceramic star that can hold stuff in it. Ben got all crafty and made me a sign that said we love you. He made it and had the kids draw on it. Then he made me card. It was very nice. Technically you could say he gave me a trip to Colorado but that wasn't really why we were going. He had a job interview. Overall it was a great mothers day.
