Our ward does a Father/son camp-out every year and it was time for it again. This year the boys actually got to go. Daisy is the only one who has been camping with Ben up until now, so needless to say they were very excited.
There is a boy scout camp about 40 min from Columbia that they go to. This year they rode up with the Nevels so I didn't have to take them. (very nice of Matt)
Ben was very happy he got to use his new tent. They boys had lots of fun playing with the other boys. They made walking sticks, marshmellow stick, and jabbing sticks with their pocket knives that g-ma got them.
They hiked up the pinicles and played in the water. When they got home all of them were covered in mud and sand. (it rained all that week) We of course had to do a tick check too. Both the boys looked so tired when they walked in. But if you asked them they were fine.
