She weighed in at 7 lbs 9 oz
We arrived at the hospital at 5:50am, got checked in and waited for the doctor to come in to let the nurses know what we were going to do for the day. I was thankful that we had 2 awesome nurses. The gave me a pitosen drip till 12:00 and then broke my water. I went from 4 1/2 to 5 before my water was broken to an 8 in a matter of seconds. As soon as that was done things went fast. The nurse wouldn't even leave my side. I had told her earlier in the day how my labor goes once they break my water so she was a little worried about leaving me alone. They didn't want me to deliver this baby with no one in the room like I did with Daisy. Needless to say all went well and now we have another wonderful baby to welcome to our family.
(the pictures are kinda in a crazy order)
After Lilly was cleaned up
Dad holding his 6th grand child, hopefully not his last, he wasn't having a good day but still came to see the new one. They were not for sure how many more times he was going to get to see her before he started his chemo.
Mom holding Lilly minutes after she was born
Ben w/ Lilly after I came home (this was Sunday)
They needed to bring her temp. up she was to cold
Moments after the kids showed up to see their new sibling
You can't tell Tim is excited!
Zach has to play the cool older brother.
He doesn't want anyone to know that he is excited but asks to hold her all the time.
Daisy is just as happy as can be. She has mom and baby.
Daisy said that she was glad to have a baby now. She insists that she hold her every time she starts to cry. Daisy loves to hold her whenever she can.
Its official 7lbs 9oz!
Look at those L O N G feet!
Just after she came out
She looks a lot like Daisy when she was born.
Right after she was bathed.
Awe, isn't she cute!

I go in on Tuesday for my induction . . . wish me luck. My labors sound like yours, especially once they break my water!
Congratulations! I was so excited to pull up your blog today to find the pictures of your sweet baby girl. She is beautiful! I hope that you are feeling well.
I love your flower garden, whew, Lily is a beauty just like her sister Daisy. Without a doubt the parents put their stamp on each and everyone of these children! Take care, we think of you often with love.Mom 'n Dad Simpson
